A ramp for wheelchairs or prams starts on the right-hand side of the café, directly on Dr.-Brandenburg-Straße. It leads around the café across the terrace directly to the main entrance. The Pforzheim Jewellery Museum itself is almost barrier-free. Only in the Historical Collection wing is the upper floor only accessible via stairs.
